I ordered multiple items, and I have only received a partial shipment: Sometimes items are shipped separately in order to get them to you faster

Where is my order: You can track your shipment by referring to the email we sent you after placing your order. If the tracking number in the email does not work, then please copy and paste it into the tracking field HERE

Tracking info says my package was delivered, but it's not here:

This is a horrible feeling, but do not panic! Once your packaged says that it has been delivered and you cannot find it. Please contact the carrier of your package and and check current status before filing a claim. If you do not know the carrier, then please contact us and we will get that information for you. 

My order was damaged upon delivery: Please contact us with your order number and what item was damaged, and we will do what we can to get it replaced

Why is my order taking so long: In order to keep our prices low, and be able to ship across the globe, some items are shipped from our supplier in Asia
